I conduct ‘Aqua yoga’ session sometimes in Ariyasom Villa.

Starts warm-up practise on pool side, then in the salted-water pool. Practise includes standing poses, backwards extension and relaxing poses.



Standing poses, which requires both balance and muscle strength in the same time, are difficult to learn correct aligmnent, how to be done. In backwards extension pose tends to bring pain at lower back.

In water, water supports muscle and spine. Feel free in movement and learn body-alignment. 

In the same time, water has wave and resistance, need to work hard for stability and movement without aware. It is good to the people, who has joint problem.

During practise you might not feel a lot. But after class you will see how much work was needed.


At the end of practise enjoy sweet relaxing!


I stopped swiming after breast-cancer operation, because of being scared to wear swim suits. When I started ‘Aqua yoga’ session, it  meaned my full recovery. I donate session fee to Bangkok Breast Cancer Support Group. Fee is up to you.

If you are not Ariyasom hotel guests, please have lunch at pool side or ‘Na Arun’ Ariyasom Villa restaurant, as facility fee.


Session is held in hot season, starts around 10:30am finish before noon. Please come to join.  Aqua-yoga session is announced in this blog. Or please send your request as your comment below. I’ll read and reply but your comment will not on this blog. Session is arranged with more than 3 people until 6. (not include hotel guests)

In the hotel there is shower and towels. In the session please wear swim suits. You might better to bring stopples, if you are not comfortable for ears being under water.
