The yoga, I teach is a quiet practice, composed of seated poses, laying down on the floor and maintaining one pose for a few minutes in a gentle and receptive way. The pose are done with supports  and a positive use of gravity, hencethey should feel effortless.

Anatomically it focuses on smoothing the connective tissue, asshortness tends to create obstacle for healthy body alignment and movement. Smoothing connective tissue helps to release chronic pain and calms the nerves and mind, helpng you to return to a state of equilibrium. It is a practice that is accessible to everybody, regrdless of your level of flexibility, physcal strength or balancing ability.
