Until I finishing the struggle, taking care Mum days and nights in Japan, I said nothing to my friends, except my Yoga teacher Anjani.
I answered her message, couldn’t stop adding my current struggle
with knowing she couldn’t do any actual help from Singapore.
But I need her words, even I knew it might let her just be worry.
I realized I see her as my Mentor, not just a teacher.
There is big difference.
How heavy the mentor’s responsibility is.
Namaste Anjani for your whole guidances.
After heart-warming New Year days, Mum’s condition got problem. Fortunately it was not life-threaten problem and no pain. Unfortunately her doctor was in holiday. I decided to take care her until her next medical appointment, which was only 5 days later.
That was first experience for Mum and me.
Mum needed help days and nights.
She was upset with her unexpected helplessness.
I tried to keep myself be calm and practical,
still couldn’t stop asking myself
whether my each decisions were right or wrong.
Time went by, I felt myself tight.
Find Mum’s stable time
Step on my yoga mat
Realize my heart was tight like a nutshell.
Inhale approaches the shell.
Exhale let it loosen, soften, opened up.
Emotions flows out.
Step out from mat to Mum’s room
with smile from my heart. I come back myself.
