Pure light

She walked into practice room, started talking with soft clear voice

same as her silver golden hair. Pure light color.

 

Judith Adank workshop started.

Pure energy fills up the room, within the people.

Inhale, air fill up lungs. Exhale, energy fills it instead.

Silver golden sparkles are there.

 

It was intense sessions. Yet the end of the days felt clear and light.

澄んだ輝き

 

柔らかな澄んだ声で、ジュディス・アダンク先生のワークショップが始まる。

淡い金色の髪の毛と同じ響き。澄んだ輝き。

 

澄んだ輝きが部屋を、人を満たす。

吸う息で空気が肺を満たし、吐く息でエネルギーが満ちる。

淡い金色に輝く。

 

強いワークショップだったけど、いちにちの終わりには軽く澄んで感じられた。

又、お会いしたいです。ありがとうございます。

‘Huh? That’s not easy!’ she shouted.

I wonder ‘Did you expect doing basic yoga pose is easy?’

 

‘If I had that tool, I can make cute decoration easily.’ she complained.

I wonder ‘where is your creativity?’

Want instant but brilliant result

by miracle, hidden talent, someone’s invention.

Get instant satisfaction but no-struggle, no-effort. Easy peasy! Wow! Done!

Feel worthless. Soon bored. Do something another.

No-further study, no-creation, no-contentment comes.

 

Challenge something difficult. Challenge own limitation.

Struggle, try and error. study again. Be creative.

Even can’t have expected result, lean so much on the way. Never give up.

Might reach some result, which is own creation. So proud of it.

簡単がいちばん！

 

「こんなの全然簡単じゃない！」に「基本のヨガポーズは簡単だって思ってたわけ？」

「この道具があれば簡単に可愛く作れるのに！」に「他の方法を考えてみては？」と思う。

 

奇跡のように、隠れていた才能が開花して、誰かのアイデアで、

今すぐ、素晴らしい結果を手に入れる。

今すぐ、満足したい。面倒も、努力も嫌だ。簡単がいちばん！ほらできた！

つまらない。すぐ飽きる。他のことをすればいいや。

学びは、創造は、満足は訪れない。

 

難しいこと、自分の限界に挑戦する。

巧くはいかない。試みと失敗を重ねる。研究する。創造する。

望んだようにいかないかもしれない。でも、その途中で多くのことを学ぶ。諦めない。

ある結果に行き着けるかもしれない。それは、自分自身の創造だ。

 

やってみようよ？
