‘Good morning!’
Water over new born leaves. They are smiling, waving in shower.
Leaves are so soft. Stems are so thin. Gracefully supple.
How they can stand? Look like no-gravity.
They have roots, which grows along gravity.
We, the moving creatures, don’t have roots, but have joints for movement.
Movability invites mind outwards. Joints invites instability.
Blind at inwards.
Can I stand like them?
See thin stem at innermost axis.
See gravity, life energy which goes upstream along gravity.
Soft and straight. Gracefully supple. Smile.
Passion Fruits
Pick seeds from fruits. Remove jelly around seed. Place on soil. Cover the seeds lightly. Water it. Wait for 1 week to 2 months, keep moisture in shade until baby leaves coming out. They love Sun light.
細い軸
「おはよう！」
双葉に水を遣ると、水に揺れながらにこにこ笑っている。
葉っぱは柔らかく、軸はとても細い。しなやかに揺れる。
どうして立っていられるんだろう？重力なんかないみたい。
植物には根があって、重力と反対に伸びる。
動物は根がなくて、動くために関節がある。
動けることは、意識を外に誘う。関節は不安定性を誘う
内側が見えなくなる。
この子達みたいに立てるだろうか？
一番中心に細い軸を観る
重力を、重力を遡る命のエネルギーを観る。
柔らかく、真っ直ぐに。しなやかに。微笑んで。
パッションフルーツ
果物から種を取って、周りのゼリー状の部分を除く。土に並べて、軽く土をかぶせる。水を遣って、日陰で湿気を保つ。おっとりさんなので、１週間から２ヶ月待ってあげてね。本葉が出たら日向に。
Open the window. Orange jasmine greet me with fresh sweet scent.

I’m so happy to sit at balcony, watching blue sky, revived world.
For couple of months haze occupied the air.
I wore mask and eyeglass, was hurried to walk outside.
Plants hung down, lost breath, lost color.

Haze has gone. Plants revive gradually.

This morning orange jasmine is in its full bloom, brimming over scent.
It might be smaller number of flowers than one on the earth,
still
it’s full bloom with its received light, water, limited soil and new wind. Its best.
Receive grace. Be happy.

オレンジ・ジャスミン
窓を開けたら、オレンジ・ジャスミンの香りがおはようのご挨拶
バルコニーに座って、青い空を眺めるしあわせ。
しばらくの間、空はヘイズで曇っていたから。マスクとメガネをかけて、道を急いでいた。
木々はうなだれ、息ができず、色を失っていた。

ヘイズは去って、木々はゆっくりと回復する。

今朝、オレンジ・ジャスミンは満開。香りが溢れている。
地面に生えてるのより花の数は少ないかもしれないね。
でも
与えられた光、水、限られた土と新しい風で精一杯咲いている。
恩寵を受け入れ、幸せでいる。

‘Potted orchid blooms longer than cut orchid. After finish flowers dump it,
buy new one. No work. Cost doesn’t change much. But flowers are all the time.’
Yes. It might be true in Bangkok. But I don’t like this idea.

People keep buying flowers for decorate their garden looks nice.
Enthusiastic over intake the beauty. Flowers, outfits, cosmetics, food, saying.
Keep intaking. It looks beautiful.

I invite new plants in my balcony.
Observe its nature, carefully choose place.
It adjust itself to the place and neighbor plants. They slowly make harmony.
Nurse them everyday. Find their growth everyday.
They thank me as fragrance, flowers, new born leaves according to their nature.
Yes. They are beautiful. The shine of life.

The photo is Kaffir lime. Lovely fragrance. New born leave are so soft.
Watch out small bugs on leaf. Don’t let them eat. I must be the biggest eater.
Will fly to Bangkok this afternoon.
Can’t wait seeing my friends.

懐かしい顔を見るのが楽しみです。

When I’m away, I set ‘Water Me’ which supply water to plants by capillary phenomenon.
It works!

I always said to the people who hesitated to take refreshment
before Dhamma talk in Ariyasom Villa.
It was blue liquid, looked like blue ink.
Morning
I pick Butterfly pea flowers
which bloomed one day before.

Over fresh or dried flowers,
pour boiling water.
When the water cool down,
squeeze flowers,
water turn into blue.
*
Squeeze small lime.
Blue turn into purple.
Magical moment.

Drink purple water.
It’s only lime taste
but is spring water of youth.

Butterfly pea water has anthocyanin which is anti-oxidant. Because it has no taste, it can be used as food color.
I have a mint pot. She grows very quick.
I ask her ‘may I have some?’ She smiles always.
Cut about 5cm above the soil. Receive two twigs with gratitude.
Drain twigs in clear water.
Place some rock sugar or honey into a small pot. Coil the twigs and stuff in.
Pour boiling water. Close the cover immediately.

Pour light green liquid into a cup.
