As a student ひとりの生徒として

On late afternoon I had a look the venue.

ある夕方、会場を下見に行った。

Big fans were attached under high ceiling.

Sun light passed though the glass walls

Boys were playing basketball

Wind blew.

大きなファンがついている高い天井

夕日が窓から射し込んでいる

バスケットをする男子生徒達

風が吹いている

Remind my school days.

学校を思い出す

as International Day of Yoga event 2019

We are all same, one of Gruiji’s students.

２０１９年のインターナショナル ヨガデーのイベントが行われます。

ここで、一緒にプラクティスしましょう

Lightness and grounding 軽さと繋がり

‘Wow! Such a cute plant. The round leaves look don’t have weight.’

I bring back the tropical-bonsai pot.

Holding in my palms, I found out the pot was quite heavy.

「かわいいポット。葉っぱが丸くて、重さがないみたい」

トロピカルな盆栽を購入。

受け取ったら、意外に重い。

Leaves are smiling,

round and flat, floating in the air.

Thin stem comes out

from a big chunk of root.

葉っぱはふわふわ笑いながら

空中に浮かんでいる。

か細い茎は大きな根塊から伸びている。

Heavy roots grasp earth. Leaves float.

Lower body grounds. Upper body becomes light.

Emotion is sterilizes. Psyche is clear.

重い根は地面を掴み、葉は浮かんでいる

下半身は床に繋がり、上半身は軽い。

感情は安定し、精神は澄み渡る。

Awareness within

Do you think the wall is white?

Yes. The wall is painted with white color. But if you draw picture all the wall has different varieties of white – gray. Even a surface has gradations.

Eyes catch the light. We see the color,texture, area and space

Aware the inside of room

壁は白いと思う？

壁は白く塗られている。でも、もし絵に描いたら、壁は白からグレーの間のいろいろな中間色で塗られるはず。ひとつの壁でさえ、白はひとつではない。

目が光を捕らえて、色を質を面積を空間を見る

室内を知る

We can’t see inside of our living body with own eyes,

but with nerves, feel the vibration of breathing.

生きている自分の体の内側をこの目で見ることはできない。

でも、神経で、呼吸の振動で感じることはできる。

Prana – life force goes with breathing.

Let breath touch all over within.

See the alignment of the bones, stretch or loose skin, lift or sinking organs

生気は呼吸とともにゆく

呼吸で全ての内側に触れる

骨の並びを、皮膚の張りを、撓みを、内臓の持ち上がりを、沈み込みを観る
